She is a postgraduate in Management (MBA, Marketing), and has ample experience in administration, training, research & academia in the field of marketing. In her childhood, she visualized to help people and work for her countryman, provide selfless services to the society. She understood the secret of mind, happiness, and success. The mind is the master key to everything in our life, what we want to be. Understanding of happiness in her mind is only smiling on others faces. The things which are concerned for her, only happiness, whatever ways you lead your life. The basic idea to start SHAPES is empowering the mind and education, the only ray of hope to grow a developing nation. The country like India is struggling with casteism, prejudice, stereotyping behaviour, illiteracy, poverty, child labour, corruption, etc. still existing in rural and urban life. Even nowadays, the hardness of reality in people’s life is full of fear and insecurity starting from morning till night. They don’t have a clue why it happened to them. In our county, we promote police, security for our safety, and peace, but what about the results, we are adding more crime, terrorism, suicide, and violence and pushing against each other.

With her initiative and leadership, SHAPS began to contribute in the required direction, which further contributes to the development of our nation. Under her leadership & guidance SHAPES is growing to achieve success & developed a center of excellence in each and every area.  She is a very dynamic leader, and her key strength is hardworking, honest and determined to fulfill dreams of individuals through SHAPES.
