1. Area Coordinators:
The Area Coordinators are the head of the Fund Raising team in the state. Preference is given to candidates in the age group of 35 to 40 years and having an experience of 8 to 10 years in sales and marketing, out of which at least two years as head of a team of marketing professionals. The candidate should be a graduate with diploma in sales & Marketing. Preference is for MBAs. The application should have a pleasing personality and good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Leadership qualities will be expected.
2. Team Leader (Corporate/Direct Mktg):
The team leader manages the affairs of a team of 6-8 Fund Raising Executives, their target setting, planning, etc. Preferred qualification is graduation with a diploma in Sales /marketing with 3-5 years experience in the sales and marketing. Fund Raising experience with NGOs will be preferred. Age 30-35 years. Good commiocation skills and pleasing personality.
3. Fund Raising Executives (Corporate /Direct Mktg):
Graduates in any discipline with a flair for Marketing and having good communication and interpersonal skills,pleasing personality. Age above 22 years. An experience of 2 to 5 years in direct or indirect marketing is preferred. Work experience in fundraising activities of NGOs is an added advantage.
4. Telemarketing / Direct Marketing Executives:
The applicants should be a Graduate in any discipline with good communication skills,pleasing personality. For telemarketing preference is given to female candidates and for direct marketing preference is given to male candidates. Age in between 22 to 30 years. An experience of 2 to 5 years Telemarketing / Direct Marketing is preferred.
5. Mindfulness & Yoga Trainer:
The applicants should be a Graduate in the same field, with practicing Yoga and Mediation at least 4 to 5 years with good communication in Hindi and English,pleasing personality. Ready to work as a freelance.
6. Behavioural and Soft-Skill Trainer/ Functional & Technical Trainer
The applicants should be a Graduate & Post Graduate in any discipline with good communication,pleasing personality and command over language. He must be experienced at least 5+ years in particular area field. Ready to work as freelance and full time.
- Training Areas as follows : soft skills/life skills & behavioural training programs such as NLP, Leadership & Team building, Communication Skills , Personality Development, Stress Management, CBT & Psychotherapy, Counselling Skills, Psychometric Testing, Personal Effectiveness, Parenting & child Development, Research Methodology etc.
- Technical Area: Anyone having any experience & expertise in any specific area of training like excel, IT, Finance, Account, Marketing, Entrepreneurship,Operation, Social media , Digital maketing, Computer education, Mobile, APP, Website, Grapic design, SPSS, AMOS, PLS, JAMOVI, R , Python, Tableau, NVIVO, etc.
- Languages : French/Russian/English/German/Sanskrit/HIndi other regional languages etc.
7. Clinical Psychologists : ( freelance work/full time )
- MA / MPhill/PhD in Clinical Psychology
- At least one-two years of experience in a mental health setting
- Experience in crisis intervention preferred
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, pleasing personality
- Must have an active state license(RCI)
- Excellent research and analytical capabilities
8. Counselling Psychologists (freelance work/full time)
- MA counselling, good communication skills, pleasing personality,handling clients, knowledge about identfication of problems, daignosis, psychological testing & create report, taking couselling sessions at least exprience of 2 years.
9. Social Workers (freelance work/full time )
- MSW and at least exprience of 2 years.
- Good Communication skills/pleasing personality
10. Teachers ( Class V to XII for all subjects ) (freelance work/fulltime )
