SHAPES is celebrating a journey of 14 years of excellence. Society for Health And Psychology Enabled Services (SHAPES) is a non-profit, national organization registered under the Societies Registration Act; XXI of 1860, on 16th September 2009 of Government of NCT, New Delhi, Registration No-S-67044/2009 and registered under NITI Aayog, Central Govt. of India (DL/2020/0261943). The Society is committed towards the welfare of mankind irrespective of caste, religion and community, by providing our preventive, rehabilitative, educative, developmental services like training, counseling and guidance, psychotherapy, psychosocial support, meditation, advocacy program on psychosocial issues in all spheres of life. We are promoting basic education, health & psychological services, in shapes of guidance, education & training to individuals at various developmental levels in the competitive environment.
We are a learning, teaching and research organization that work at making learning more experiential, meaningful and fun. The Society committed towards all over development of individuals at grass root level trough comprehensive psychological interventions at various levels of development in the life cycle. Every mind is special and unique. It needs care, help and guidance to bloom in natural ways which most of us forget to think. A dream to unleash your mind!
“SHAPES” team includes scholars, professional psychologists and trainers who belong to applied branches of Psychology, Education and Management Sciences. We work as a multidisciplinary approach in collaboration with different professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, special educators, occupational therapists, behavioural & soft skills trainers, yoga & meditation instructors, speech therapists etc. Our training sessions, workshops, and psychological services are conducted by facilitators who have rich experience and in depth knowledge in their respective fields.

She is a postgraduate in Management (MBA, Marketing) and 16+ experience in administration, training, research & academia in the field of marketing. Her area of teaching subjects are Business Commuincation, Principles & Practices of Management, Marketing Management, Sales & Advertising, Service Marketing, Product & Brand Management, Rural Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Mix, Environmental Science, Values & ethics in Business. Currently working as a visiting faculty at Bennett University, The Times Group, and Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan’s Sardar Patel College of Communication and Management, KG Marg, New Delhi. Also Working with SHAPES (Society for Health and Paychology Enabled Services), New Delhi, as a Trainer in the area of Sales & Marketing and General Secretary. Worked as Assist. Prof., at NDIM, New Delhi, from June, 2015 to June 2020, in addition worked there as Assist Registrar Examination. Worked as an Assist. Prof. in K. R. She has published 10 research paper in national and international journals and 8 research papers presented in international conference reputed B schools like IIM Indore, IMT Ghaziabad, IIT Roorkee, SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), Brial Global University, Delhi School of Economics ,NDIM, and BUMIM.
M.A. Applied Psychology (Specialization in Clinical Psychology) in 2005-2007, Delhi University, South Campus. B.A., Psychology, Delhi University, North Campus. Certified Trainer Facilitator in 2009 from Middle Earth Consultant in collaboration with Carlton University. She has 15 + years of experienced in the field of psychology, behavioural training, counselling and psychotherapy. At SHAPES, she is conducting stress and anxiety management workshops, students counselling (personality development), career management workshops. Assessment of various personalities, aptitude, interest IQ and other tests also taking Case Histories and diagnosis their most probable disorder type. Assisting the sr. psychologist in the various therapies’ sessions. Prior to SHAES, she has worked as a behavioural trainer and mental health psychologist for Future World Retail Pvt. Ltd, Apex TG India Pvt. Ltd, and Ritu Wears. Imparting soft skills training programmes, in the areas of Customer Service, Personality Development, leadership skills, team building, motivation, communication, stress management etc.
He is working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Applied Psychology, University of Delhi,The prime area of research of Dr. Mahakud are, applied clinical psychology, applied organizational behavior, childhood mental disorder, developmental disabilities, Social Networking, Geriatric Psychology, and substance uses.Dr Mahakud has contributed 40 international and national research articles and 4 most popular books in the field of Psychology.
